Marché d’Hiver 2025
Marché d’Hiver, our annual winter market is a joyful celebration of creativity, community, and connection.
Each year, we curate vendors and transform TFS into a festive marketplace filled with charm and holiday spirit. This year, our vendors feature a mix of home décor, fashion, art, accessories, photography, gifts, and delicious food, showcasing the talents of TFS parents, TFS alumni and local brands and shops we love from the broader community.
Guests are welcomed into our Senior School, where there’s truly something for everyone. Children can enjoy interactive workshops like Young Engineers and A Reading Adventure, and take part in fun hands-on experiences such as Cookie Decorating and Build-A-Plush. This year’s event will also feature a Family Photo Experience in our cozy, cabin-inspired space — the perfect way to capture the magic of the season.
With over 1,300 visitors last year, Marché d’Hiver continues to grow as a highlight of the TFS community calendar. The event also offers opportunities for students and parents to volunteer, as well as to showcase and support student-led initiatives, making it a true reflection of the TFS spirit.
There are so many ways you can get involved and help make this year’s market our best one yet.
1. Volunteer
Give the Parents’ Association (PA) the gift of your time! From setup to teardown and everything in between, our volunteers are what make Marché d’hiver possible. It’s a wonderful way to meet fellow parents, share in the excitement and be part of something special. Sign up here.
2. Become a vendor
Do you own a small business or have a creative passion you’d love to share? There are still a few vendor tables available! Becoming a vendor is a fantastic way to showcase your products, connect with our vibrant community and take part in a beloved TFS tradition. To apply, simply fill out the vendor application form. Be a vendor.
3. Support the PA
If you or your business are interested in sponsoring an experience or activity at Marché d’hiver, your contribution will make a meaningful impact. Here’s how it works: When you support an experience — such as a workshop, or an activity — the school will charge participants a small fee to take part. The funds collected from these experiences will go directly to the PA to support the many important initiatives that benefit our students throughout the year.

4. Sign up for our workshops
Be sure to register for the workshops and experiences we have this year, including:
- Cookie decorating experience

5. Used Uniform Sale
Don’t forget to stop by the Used Uniform shop at Marché and stock up on any items for the new year. The PA appreciates your support. In preparation for Marche the used uniform team is looking for donations, please drop items off at the blue bins outside your branch.
6. Spread the word
Marché d’hiver isn’t just for TFS families — it’s a community event open to all! Invite your friends, neighbours and loved ones to join us for a day of local shopping, delicious food and the unmistakable TFS spirit that brings us all together.
