The TFS PA is a proud member of NISPA, the Network of Independent Schools Parents’ Associations of Ontario.

NISPA is an organisation that supports Parent Associations and Guilds in their fundraising, friend-raising and other activities. It promotes and shares ideas and practices that our members can use to move forward and work more effectively in their own school environments. 

NISPA was founded in April 1991. Currently they have 34 member schools and all are Independent schools also members of CIS Ontario. 

NISPA hosts regular events at their member schools with opportunities for networking, idea sharing, learning from each other, and from professionals. Members also receive a quarterly newsletter.  

The PA Secretary represents us at NISPA, attending meetings and reporting on findings.

We are excited to report that, in the fall of 2024, we will host NISPA at TFS!
